Outline Development Plan Amended for Oak Meadows Planned Unit Development
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016, at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a proposed Outline Development Plan amendment for a portion of the Oak Meadows Planned Unit Development, to rezone Parcel PA-1 of such development (approximately 4.474 acres) from PUD with Neighborhood Commercial uses (PUD-NC) to PUD with medium-density Residential B uses (PUD R-B).  The approximate location of the property is adjacent to Oak Meadows Boulevard, north of Firestone Boulevard (Road 24) and east of Colorado Boulevard (Road 13). The legal description of the property which is the subject of the request is set forth below in Exhibit A.

Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520.

Amended Final Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat for Firestone Meadows PUD

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520.  The purpose of the hearing will be to consider a proposed Amended Final Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat for Firestone Meadows P.U.D., Replat No. 3.  The property is zoned Planned Unit Development Residential - C (PUD R-C).  The approximate location of the property is the northeast corner of Firestone Boulevard (Road 24) and Oak Meadows Boulevard, east of Colorado Boulevard (Road 13).  The legal description of the property is set forth below in Exhibit A.

Further Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520.

Zoning of Property to be Annexed - Firestone Ninth (9th) Annexation
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a request for zoning of property proposed to be annexed to the Town and known as the Firestone Ninth (9th) Annexation. The zoning requested is R-1 Residential District.

Further Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to determine whether certain property for which a petition for annexation has been filed with the Town, to be known as the Firestone Ninth (9th) Annexation to the Town of Firestone, meets the applicable requirements of the statutes of the State of Colorado and is eligible for annexation to the Town and to determine the zoning for the proposed annexation. The zoning requested is R-1 Residential District.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a request for zoning of property proposed to be annexed to the Town and known as the Firestone Tenth (10th) Annexation. The zoning requested is R-1 Residential District.

Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the Firestone Town Hall, 151 Grant Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80520. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to determine whether certain property for which a petition for annexation has been filed with the Town, to be known as the Firestone Tenth (10th) Annexation to the Town of Firestone, meets the applicable requirements of the statutes of the State of Colorado and is eligible for annexation to the Town and to determine the zoning for the proposed annexation. The zoning requested is R-1 Residential District.
