Weld County Programs

Carbon Valley Communities That Care
The Weld County Health Department has been awarded a grant for implementation of a Communities That Care (CTC) program here in the Carbon Valley. This program will help promote healthy youth development, while seeing dramatic reductions in levels of youth alcohol and tobacco use, as well as crime and violence.

Get Involved
The Carbon Valley CTC program is seeking local individuals to be a part of a coalition to activate this program in our area.
