Commercial Construction
- Turner Commons - Northwest Corner of I-25 & Highway 119
- QuikTrip convenience store with a fueling station opened to the public June 16, 2022. The Firestone store is the first QT in Colorado.
- Firestone City Centre
- 7,000 square foot inline retail building is complete south of Teriyaki Madness, Jersey Mike's is the first tenant to open; up to three additional units are available.
- An approximate 300-unit apartment complex is proposed south of Home Depot.
- High Plains Marketplace
- King Soopers grocery store has expanded by nearly 25,000 feet
- King Soopers fueling station has been relocated and expanded south of FirstBank.
- Lot 5, Retail Building with patio and drive-thru amenities. Tenants include Baskin-Robbins, Marco's Pizza, and Benchmark Dental. A 1,245 square foot unit is still available.
- The UPS Store is completing tenant improvements next to Subway and is planned to open in mid-summer 2022.
- Oak Meadows Village
- Dollar General - north of Chase Bank - Opened July 2021
- Circle K - next to Sherwin Williams - Opened June 2021
- Oak Meadows Dental Office - between the new Christian Brothers Automotive and Circle K - Opened March 2022
- Primrose Schools publicly announced the company's plan for a new early education school in Firestone.
- Firestone Crossing
- Carbon Valley Lutheran Church - behind Ziggi's, west of Colorado Blvd., south of Firestone Blvd. is complete and is home to Busy Bee Preschool.
- A multi-tenant office/retail building is proposed south of Les Schwab and is negotiating tenant contracts.
- The Learning Experience has submitted plans for a new early childhood education center south of Walgreens.
- Del Camino Business Park
- Holiday Inn Express Hotel - 75 rooms with indoor pool - Opened July 2021
- Sprocket Innovation Campus - a 20,000+ square foot flex-commercial building is under construction north of Centennial Lending.
- Safeway Center
- Big O Tires has opened up in the former Midas building - Opened February 2022
- Papa John's Pizza reopened under new ownership/management in its former unit - Opened March 2022
