Employment Services of Weld County (ESWC) is a comprehensive workforce center connecting resources for employment, education, and training services offering local and regional employers with applicant referrals and other employer-specific services.

  • Labor Market Information (LMI) - for specialized reports contact ESWC staff
  • Candidate Screening
  • Candidate Assessment
  • Customized Hiring Events and Job Fairs
  • Rapid Response - to assist with layoffs including assistance in filing claims, workshops, job fairs, information materials for employees, and more
  • Facilities Use - for such things as interviewing and testing candidates
  • Workshops for Employees - resume writing, soft skills, transferable skills, and more
  • Migrant Services
  • Federal bonding and support for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), a federal tax credit available through the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment
  • Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)
  • Work-Based Learning (WBL)
  • Internships
  • Young Adult Employment Program - links employers with young adults looking to expand their skills and interests through employment opportunities
  • Workshare Program - gives employers an alternative to laying off employees 
  • Employer job fairs, candidate screening, and candidate assessment
