Firestone Board Seeks Volunteers for the Planning & Zoning Commission
The Board of Trustees is looking for volunteers to serve on the Planning & Zoning Commission. Serving the Town is an excellent way to become active in the decision-making process of Town government and give back to your community. The Planning & Zoning Commission is a seven-member commission that recommends various development matters to the Board of Trustees for consideration. The Commission members also serve as the Board of Adjustments.
All volunteers must be residents of the Town, and anyone who wishes to serve for final decision-making boards cannot have a financial interest in a contract with the Town.

Those who are interested in volunteering must complete an application online here. Applications are due on February 1, 2020. The Board of Trustees will review candidate applications and, upon approval, will formally appoint individuals at a regularly scheduled Town Board meeting.
