Central Park Master Plan Discussion at Work Session

The Board of Trustees will meet in a work session at 7:00 p.m. this Wednesday, June 16, 2021, to discuss the Central Park Master Plan. 

Design Workshop will present the preferred Master Plan concept for Firestone Central Park. This plan (and minor alternative) has been developed based on the presentation and discussion with the Board of Trustees at the previous work session. A particular emphasis will be placed on viewsheds into the park, and the elevations of key program elements. Based on the discussion from this work session Design Workshop will develop a more refined plan, illustrative renderings, draft operations plan and an initial budget.  

While there is not typically a public comment portion of a Work Session, the public is invited to join in person or virtually to listen. On occasion, the Board will solicit those in attendance for feedback.
