Water Alert from
Central Weld County Water District

The Town of Firestone has been notified by Central Weld County Water District (CWCWD) that due to a control panel issue at the Carter Lake Filter Plant, the filter plant is unable to process water at its normal rate this morning. The filter plant does have specialists on-site and are working diligently to repair the panel but are unable to process water manually at the current time.
 
CWCWD is requesting that customers restrict their water usage to maintain the current tank levels throughout the District.  The filter plant is unsure of a time frame for repairs to be completed at this time but will be updating the District as information becomes available.
