Road Work at Birch Street
& Firestone Boulevard

On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 6:00 a.m., road work will begin on Birch Street near the intersection of Firestone Boulevard to raise sunken water valves.  Access onto Birch Street from Firestone Boulevard will be closed; no traffic from either direction will be able to turn southbound.  Traffic traveling northbound on Birch Street will continue to have access to Firestone Boulevard. The road work and closures are anticipated to last for one day only. Motorists are urged to pay close attention to traffic control signs and reduce speeds in the work zone.
