Dog Park Temporary Closure

Beginning today, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, the dog park in Settlers Park (11447 Deerfield Drive) will be closed until further notice.   The Town has received concerns about the condition of the park due to the lack of pet owners picking up after their dogs and off-leash dogs outside of the designated dog park area. Once the snow has melted and the ground has begun to dry out, Public Works staff will clean the area. The Town of Firestone will notify the public when the work is complete, and the dog park has re-opened.
