On Monday, March 21, 2022, the contractor working on the St. Vrain Sanitation District Frontier Street sanitary sewer installation project will begin 24-hour a day boring operations under the Coal Ridge Ditch near the Saddleback Golf Course. The reason for around-the-clock work is due to unforeseen geological issues causing the bore to be behind schedule. The bore work must be complete by April 1, 2022, to meet a deadline imposed by the Ditch Company.
To help minimize noise and light disruption while work is going on during the evening and overnight hours, the contractor will install a 13’ high dirt and straw bale berm.
This work is being performed for St. Vrain Sanitation District as part of the construction of the Frontier Street sanitary sewer main project. View more information about the complete project here.
