Public Hearings for Vistosa to be Continued

During the July 27, 2022, Board of Trustees meeting, the public hearings for Ordinance 1019 and Resolution 22-88 related to the Vistosa property were continued to the next regular Board of Trustees meeting of August 10, 2022.  The applicant for this project has submitted a request to continue the hearings to the August 24, 2022 Board of Trustees meeting.  The applicant has requested additional time to address specific issues that were brought up by the Board.
 
In addition, the public hearings scheduled for August 10, 2022, to amend and restate the Vistosa Metropolitan Districts Service Plans (the Springs Metropolitan District and the Springs South Metropolitan District) have also been requested to be continued to the August 24, 2022 Board of Trustees meeting.
 
There will be no staff presentations, no public comment, and the Board will not discuss the items related to these public hearings on August 10, 2022. All four public hearings will be continued to the August 24, 2022 meeting.
