Neighborhood Paving Project 

Begins Next Week

Beginning next week, April 3, 2023, Asphalt Specialties will begin the Town of Firestone's 2023 Paving Project. Weather permitting, regular work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the project should be completed within 90 days.

Residents will receive door hanger notices from the contractor, Asphalt Specialties, with specific timing for the work on each street. The paving projects include:

Edge Mill & Overlay

• Ebony St: from Thistleridge Ave to Echo St 
• Thistleridge Ave: from Echo St to Echo St 
• Sunburst Ave: from north of Thistleridge Ave to south of Ferncrest St 
• Tenderfoot Ave: from CR 15 north of Taylor Ave 
• Farmdale St: from Sage Ave to Shenandoah Ave 
• Summerset Ave: from CR 15 to Quigley Cir 
• Quigley Cir: from St Vrain Ranch Blvd to Foxfire St
• Eastview St: from Sandy Ridge Ct to Sage Ave

Crack Repair

• 300 tons of crack repair will be completed on 2" or larger cracks in the Stone Ridge subdivision.

Motorists are urged to pay close attention while driving through the work area and be prepared for slight delays. Please abide by all posted traffic control signs, be aware of detours and reduce speeds in the work zone.
