Neighborhood Chipseal Project Starting Soon

Beginning on Saturday, June 10, 2023, A-1, a contractor for the Town of Firestone, will begin a chipseal project in some neighborhoods. The work will start in Sagebrush, then move south to Ridgecrest, St Vrain Ranch, Saddleback Heights, Owl Lakes, and end in Saddleback/Falcon Point. Weather depending, the entire project is anticipated to take 2 weeks

Door flyers and no parking signs will be out before the work begins in each neighborhood. On the day when work is expected in each neighborhood, residents must move any vehicles parked on the street by 6:30 a.m. Please abide by the timing on the no parking signs. Any vehicles not moved will be towed to the Firestone Regional Sports Complex. 

Motorists are urged to pay close attention while driving through the work area and be prepared for slight delays. Please abide by all posted traffic control signs and reduce speeds in the work zone.
