Concrete & Asphalt Repairs This Week

This week, the Firestone Public Works Department will begin concrete and asphalt repairs in two different areas in Firestone:

• Cimarron Street, just west of Colorado Boulevard, will have temporary lane closures on Tuesday, October 24, for concrete repairs from a recent traffic accident.  
• Stagecoach Avenue, just south of Booth Drive, will have temporary lane closures for concrete repairs on Tuesday, October 24, and on Friday, October 27, for asphalt patching in the same area due to an old water line leak.

The closures will begin at 7:00 a.m., and the areas will be reopened at the end of the day.

Traffic will be able to travel through the area with minimal delays, but pedestrians and motorists are urged to pay close attention and abide by all posted traffic control signs.
