2023 Halloween Safe Night – THIS Friday!

Friday, October 27th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
at the Firestone Regional Sports Complex

Every ghost and goblin will enjoy Halloween in a safe environment with the Firestone Police Department. Trunk-or-treating, trackless train rides, Ballistic Swing (sponsored by Firestone Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics), inflatables, a Mega Corn Maze (sponsored by RE/MAX NEXUS), fun photo opportunities, and more will fill up the park. Read below for all of the event details. 
Parking Lot Map

PARKING & ENTRANCE

  • Parking is available in the lot just west of the Firestone Regional Sports Complex and will open at 5:00 p.m. Entrance to the lot is only available off Falcon Street from Firestone Blvd. Vehicles cannot enter the complex off Frontier Avenue. Please note that Tilbury Avenue will be closed during the event.
  • Follow the parking attendants for guidance once you have entered the lot. There are ADA parking spaces available. You must have an ADA mirror tag or ADA license plate to park in those spaces. Once you arrive, signage will be posted throughout the park with the event map.

EVENT DETAILS

With the trunk-or-treating spread out on both fields, and lots of activities to participate in, we hope to eliminate the notoriously long line! View a map of the event activities here.

  • Trick-or-treat bags will be distributed by officers from the Firestone Police Department at the pitcher’s mound on Field #1 and Field #3. 
  • Fields #1 and #3 will have trunk-or-treating and booths to visit, with oversized trunks in front of the park.  Each field will also have a trackless train to ride. 
  • Field #1 will include the Mega Corn Maze (sponsored by RE/MAX NEXUS) and the toddler zone. 
  • Field #3 will feature Ballistic Swing (sponsored by Firestone Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics) and other fun inflatables.  
  • The DJ and dance party will be located near the park pavilion and playground.

FOOD TRUCKS

The food trucks will be located in the parking lot in front of the Sports Complex, with plenty of picnic tables for seating.  The trucks will begin serving at 5:00 p.m.  Trucks scheduled to appear include: Bohemian Wurst, Cilantro & Lime, and Nacho Mama's Tacos.
