Sable Avenue Utility Construction for Frontier Estates

A contractor will start construction of the off-site sanitary sewer main for the Frontier Estates project on Monday, July 21, 2025. This will involve crossing Sable Avenue about 500 feet west of Frontier Street.

To complete this work safely and in a timely manner, a bypass road will be constructed on the south side of Sable Avenue to keep traffic moving in both directions. Once the work has been completed through Sable Avenue, the bypass road will be removed, and Sable Avenue will be reopened.

The work is expected to take three weeks, but it may change due to weather or other unforeseen issues.

Traffic control signs will mark the bypass. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are encouraged to pay close attention to traffic signs, slow down, and, if possible, avoid the construction area.
