Share Your Feedback on Customer Service
The Town of Firestone is seeking feedback from residents about their interactions with Town staff.
In 2025, the Town partnered with Polco to conduct a National Community Survey. Randomly selected households participated between early March and mid-April. The results are helping guide policy decisions for the Firestone Board of Trustees and prioritize future Town projects.
One area the Board and staff would like to better understand is customer service.
