Vendor Application

  1. 2019 Food & Flick Fridays -Vendor Application

    Firestone’s Food & Flick Fridays have become the destination for the entire family to enjoy a fun evening sampling fabulous food from gourmet local food trucks from 6 to 9 p.m. Attendees also enjoy free live music and family-focused games from 6 to 8 p.m., and a movie on the big screen beginning at about 8:30 p.m. (dependent on sundown).

  2. FEE:

    $20 per event. Event date selections to be approved by Events & Programming Coordinator before payment can be processed.

  3. QUANTITY:

    Booth vendors will be limited to 3 vendors for each event.

  4. BOOTH VENDOR SPACE:

    Spaces for booth spaces will be 20’20’. We ask that each vendor has an activity for our event attendees during the event. Please note these spaces are for community engagement, no items may be sold in these spaces.

  5. Please be specific as possible as we want to ensure variety and success of our booth spaces. The Town of Firestone reserves the right to approve or deny applications, and to make the final determination of participation to limit potential overlap:

  6. Select Event Dates

    Select as many as you wish. Please note that typically we are able to give each truck at least 2-3 dates. Food trucks are required to be set up from 6 to 9 p.m.

  7. INSURANCE:

    Food truck vendor spaces are not insured by the Town of Firestone.

  8. SET-UP TIME:

    Vendors are required to be set up from 6 to 8:30 p.m. unless arranged prior to the event with the Events & Programming Coordinator. Vendors can setup between 4:30 and 6 p.m. and must be ready to go by 6 p.m.

  9. BOOTH SPACE LOCATION:

    Booths will be set up in the park that is holding the event on that date. A site map with your booth location will be sent a week before the event.

  10. SITE INFORMATION:

    Vendors will be emailed a site plan with set-up information the week prior to the event. Site plans will also be available on event day.

    • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment required for their booth.
    • Vendors are allowed a canopy no larger than 20’X20’. If Vendor has a canopy, they are required to have a minimum weight of 20 pounds per corner.
    • All materials and equipment brought on the Town of Firestone property shall be at the total risk of the vendor.
    • Vendors are required to remove all trash produced from their booth before leaving. Failure to do so may result in a fine from the Town of Firestone.
    • Any damage caused to the park by the Vendor will be charged to and paid for by the Vendor. This includes any items owned by the Town of Firestone that are removed from the premises.
    • The Town of Firestone reserves the right to change site locations and dimensions due to event logistics.

  11. INCLEMENT WEATHER:

    In case of inclement weather, the Food & Flick Friday event will be rescheduled for the Tuesday following the original scheduled date. An email will be sent out as soon as the decision to reschedule is made. Decision could be made the day of the event, depending on the weather situation.

    By signing below, Vendor recognizes and acknowledges that he or she assumes full risk of any injuries, property damage or loss which he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the Food & Flick Friday event. The Town of Firestone reserves the right of final decision in rules interpretation and enforcement. Further, Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Firestone, its officers, employees and insurers from any and all liability for any damage, loss, injury or costs associated with or arising from his or her acts or omissions in connection with his or her participation in the Food & Flick Friday event. Vendor also allows the Town to mention the Vendor’s business in all social media outlets at the Town’s discretion.
