Yes, homeowners are responsible for ensuring branches of any tree, shrub or other vegetation are trimmed to clear 14 feet above any street or alley or 10 feet above any public sidewalk. Trees and shrubs must also be trimmed to prevent the obstruction of any driver’s view and the blockage of street lights or street signs.

Inoperable or junk vehicles must be stored in a completely enclosed structure and may not be parked on public streets. Restoration of hobby vehicles must be done in either a completely enclosed garage or a side or back yard behind a solid fence at least 6 feet tall.
