Firestone Police Department to Host Technology Presentation
The Firestone Police Department invites community members to attend an upcoming presentation showcasing how the department is leveraging innovative technology to enhance public safety and community trust.
The presentation will highlight the department’s use of Axon body-worn cameras, TASER devices, AI-powered police reporting, and Flock Safety cameras.
Technology Advancement is one of nine key initiatives in the department’s Strategic Plan. By researching, identifying, and implementing modern tools, the department aims to increase operational efficiency while strengthening its commitment to excellence, transparency, and professionalism.
Attendees will learn how these technologies are positively impacting policing in Firestone and will have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A session at the conclusion of the presentation.
